PopGreets Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped or entered our production process.Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment or are in transit.

Returns & Exchanges We stand behind the quality of our pop-up cards.If you are not fully satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original pristine condition, and include all original packaging, including any protective boxes or sleeves. Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Important Notes:

· Customized Products: All personalized or custom-made cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
· Return Shipping Costs:
  · If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  · If the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return label in such cases.
· Restocking Fees: Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds After we receive and inspect your returned item,we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Haven't Received Your Refund? If you haven't received your refund after we've approved it,please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund,please contact us at Cloverhang2025@outlook.com.
