At PopGreets, we craft exquisite, premium pop-up cards that are shipped directly from our studio in China to ensure you receive the freshest designs at the best value. We partner with YunExpress, a leading global logistics provider, to deliver your orders reliably and with full tracking.

1. Processing Time

Each PopGreets card is a work of art. We meticulously inspect, package, and prepare every order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

· Orders are processed and handed over to YunExpress within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese and US holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carrier

We proudly ship to the United States and Canada.

· Primary Carrier: We have partnered with YunExpress for all international shipments. They provide a seamless and trackable service from our door to yours.

3. Non-Shippable Areas

To ensure the safety and timely delivery of your order, we are unable to ship to the following remote locations and territories at this time:

· United States:
  · Remote Alaskan communities (e.g., points accessible only by bush plane or barge).
  · US Freely Associated States: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands.
  · US Military Diplomatic Post Offices (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
· Canada:
  · Northern Territories: Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
  · Remote rural areas not serviced by major couriers in other provinces.

If your address is in one of these areas, our checkout system will regrettably not be able to complete your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not from the order date).

· Standard Shipping (10-20 Business Days): This is our most economical option. Your order will be delivered via a combination of YunExpress and local postal services (e.g., USPS in the USA, Canada Post in Canada).
· Expedited Shipping (7-15 Business Days): For faster delivery, we offer an expedited option which typically utilizes YunExpress's premium network for a quicker customs clearance and final-mile delivery.

Please Note:

· "Business Days" do not include weekends or holidays.
· The above times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as international customs clearance procedures, weather, and local postal service efficiency. Please allow for potential delays, especially during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas).

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a YunExpress tracking number once your order is dispatched from our studio. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the YunExpress website. Once the package arrives in your country, the tracking may be transferred to the local postal carrier (e.g., USPS, Canada Post), and the same tracking number will usually continue to work.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

· United States: Most orders valued under $800 are generally exempt from import duties. However, this is determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on a case-by-case basis.
· Canada: Orders may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST/HST) and customs handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier (e.g., Canada Post) upon delivery.

PopGreets is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred. All applicable charges are the customer's responsibility.

7. Important Notes

· Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
· Delivery Delays: For the most accurate and up-to-date status, please always check your tracking number first. While we strive for timely delivery, international shipping involves multiple steps, and occasional delays are possible.
